Update: Frontier (former Verizon DSL lines) has been having some tremendous DNS and routing issues throughout Washington state. This is causing issues for our customers who have DSL through us in Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, and Benton City. It is also causing issues for anyone who has DSL, dialup, or some folks with phone issues directly through Frontier.
