There were roughly 125 Charter customers down around our Richland store. This caused phones and internet access at our store to be down. We were down for nearly 6 hours yesterday. Sorry to anyone who tried calling us yesterday afternoon! Unfortunately, this is has been an ongoing issue for Charter in our area as they have been working to upgrade some equipment, hopefully it doesn't happen again.
