After a PERL module update for CPanel user panels on hawk.clinehost.com last Friday (Oct. 6th, 2006), our MailScanner software on this system was blocking incoming and outgoing mail. It was holding all incoming mail in a queue. On Monday we turned the MailScanner software off allowing the pass through of incoming and outgoing email.
Today we have re-installed the MailScanner software keeping the queue entact, 8,000 emails have gone out of the queue and were successfully delivered. Things should be back to normal, if problems persist feel free to contact us.
