exim was restarted on vulture.clinehost.com after a mailscanner problem with the queue caused the queue to back up. The only emails that were being delivered and sent were those internally to other addresses on the server. No emails were going out of the server. This problem continued for about 4 hours before being resolved by a reboot of exim on vulture.clinehost.com.
